 Over the years many of our clients have wanted to have us help them with their bookkeeping and accounting needs. We are excited to be launching our new bookkeeping service! Carrie Bliss has joined our team and is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, so you can be confident she can assist you in keeping your books all squared away! She can help you whether you are totally new to QuickBooks, or are already using Quickbooks.
We have a QuickBooks Setup Service to help you get your bookkeeping off to a great start. If you're already working with QuickBooks, but not seeing the benefits you hoped for we have a QuickBooks Tune-Up Service to help you figure out how to track your financials so they become meaningful in helping you run your business.
We can work with you on an hourly basis either monthly or quarterly depending on how much assistance you need. Be sure to ask about saving on our fees by using our block rate billing.

Tax Season 2012 Location
We’ve added a new location for the Tax Season! Our new seasonal tax office is located at 6408 Commerce Blvd. in Rohnert Park. We’re on the south end of the Safeway/CVS Shopping Center on the corner of Commerce Blvd & Hunter Dr. We’re behind New York Bagel, kitty corner from Baskin Robbins and across the street from Bank of America!

Big Tax News for 2012
Uta Nelson Retires! This summer I received word that Uta had retired and moved to Indiana to be near her family. Uta was a tax preparer with us for over ten years and developed a loyal group of clients who were near and dear to her heart. Please remember to sign her retirement card when you're in!
RAL's - R.I.P. Last year the IRS dissallowed use of the debt Indicator, and banking regulators did not authorize RAL lending for this tax season. Nearly all RAL banks have terminated their RAL offerings and have exited the RAL business.
IRS Mandates E-Filing! The IRS has issued a mandate for preparers who prepare more than 100 returns in a year to efile all of the returns they prepare! Next year nearly all tax preparers will be required to send 100% of their returns electronically.
